Returns Policy

Mumdrop will accept clean, unused, re-sellable Mumdrop towels with the labels still attached within 30 days of purchase, for either a refund or an exchange for another size.

Quality Issues? It is possible that a very small proportion of items from the manufactuer will include a fault. If this happy please email us and let us know what has happened and we will do our best to rectify the problem.

Shipping is not refundable on returns or exchanges.
